As a Pre-Accredited Therapist with the Irish Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (IACP), he brings a robust and integrative approach to therapy, drawing from diverse modalities including Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. This versatility allows him to tailor his methods to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering resilience in high-pressure environments.
With a keen focus on addressing work-related stress, Cormac specializes in cultivating healthier life patterns and challenging negative automatic thoughts through CBT. His expertise extends to childhood trauma, relationship dynamics, low self-esteem, grief, anxiety, and the impacts of environmental stressors.
