Aisling joined the Imagine Health team in 2014 as Director of Operations, responsible for driving business through building and maintaining client relationships. Through leading and overseeing operations and driving business strategy, Aisling has grown the company into a nationwide brand for mental health and wellbeing. Aisling was appointed Managing Director in 2022, overseeing and assuming responsibility for our entire organisation, directing all our resources to implement a strategic growth plan. Aisling leads our executive team across various functions, including strategies, goals and processes. Previously, Aisling worked in the publishing industry for over ten years, responsible for writing content for various trade publications. Aisling is very passionate about wellbeing and psychology, making her a decisive lead for our team. Aisling likes to bake, swim, and travel in her free time.
