Bradly works from a primarily person-centered perspective and adopts techniques from a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Choice theory, Existential theory, Gestalt theory, and Psychodynamic theory.

He has worked successfully with a wide variety of clinical issues, such as anxiety (general, health, social), varying levels of depression, loss & bereavement, stress-related issues, self-esteem issues, substance abuse, addiction, and more.

Bradly has worked with people from diverse backgrounds in terms of nationality, culture, religion, and gender. He strives to create an environment of warmth and safety where clients can explore and resolve their dilemmas without feeling judged or misunderstood. One of the most important aspects of therapy for Bradly is the relationships he develops with his clients, ensuring they are fulfilling, respectful, and trusting. He also likes to introduce mindfulness and breathing exercises into his clinical work.

Outside of work, Bradly is keenly interested in art and is an amateur portrait artist. He also likes to spend as much time as possible with family and friends.
